GNIAR Orientation Programs

GNIAR offers two Orientation Programs for members.  The programs are designed to help you, the GNIAR member succeed in your career, as well as become familiar the REALTOR® organization, its programs, products and services. Additionally, both programs include CE credit for course content.

The programs offered by GNIAR include the New Member Orientation and the Broker Orientation.  Both programs are designed specifically for the needs of those attending.

• The New Member Orientation Program is intended for those who are new to GNIAR and the real estate business.  The program provides a lot of information regarding the REALTOR® organization, member benefits, programs, products and services, as well as education on the REALTORS® Code of Ethics, antitrust, IAR state forms and other industry issues.  This program must be completed within four months of submitting your application for membership in GNIAR.
  
• The Broker Orientation Program is designed for those who are stepping into the role of a managing or principal broker.  Some of the information covered includes legal issues and risk reduction, as well as issues related to building your company.  GNIAR members must complete this program within six months of attaining the position of managing or principal broker with their firm.
