License Reciprocity

The State of Indiana has reciprocal license agreements with fifteen different states - Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin.

ARELLO - The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials.  For a list of all state real estate regulatory agencies in the U.S., click here.  Since laws and regulations regarding reciprocity are subject to change, it is recommended that anyone with an Indiana real estate license contact the state regulatory agency in the state where they would like to obtain a license through reciprocity.
