The Supra Lockbox system allows the GNIAR members access to properties listed via the MLS.  The lockboxes contain a key to the home they are placed on to conveniently enter the home for scheduled showing appointments without the need to pick up keys from the listing broker’s office or meet the listing agent at the property in order to allow access.

Display Keys

The basic service is accessible via the Supra Display Key.  The initial fee for this key is $180.00.  This product requires no monthly, quarterly or annual fees on the part of the GNIAR member key holder.  The Display Key is a secure device that requires a unique access code that will allow access to the lockbox system.  The Display Key interacts with the Supra electronic lockboxes, recording the time, day and identity of anyone accessing the lockboxes.  This provides not only convenience for the agents in showing properties, but also provides security for the homeowner, in that no one can access a home using the Supra system without the information being electronically recorded by the keys and lockboxes.

eKEY BASIC

This system allows you to utilize a PDA or smart phone as your lockbox key.  With eKEY BASIC, you need one less device to carry with you.  The cost of the eKEY BASIC service is $16.00/quarter.

eKEY PROFESSIONAL

This system also allows you to utilize your PDA or smart phone as your lockbox key.  Additionally, the eKEY PROFESSIONAL will allow you to retrieve specific MLS information anywhere you are, provide maps to locate listings and review showing logs of your properties with lockboxes as well as MLS hotsheets.  The cost for the eKEY PROFESSIONAL is $32.00/quarter.

eSYNC connection options for your smart phone:
There are two ways to eSYNC your smart phone:  wirelessly or through you computer.  Your smart phone comes with a factory-shipped cable or cradle.  Save wireless minutes by downloading update codes using the cradle or cable connected to your computer through the internet.  PC-Internet eSYNC is automatic if your computer is on and internet connection is active.
